^^I already saw that page and have tried the phone number and its not working. Have also sent a mail to the email id in the morning and only got an automated response so far. Thought that there might be a more simpler way to approach them. In any case, thanks for the info, I guess there isn't much I can do till they respond.

For your Corsair RMA issue Sire, these are the steps --

  1. Contact Kaizen Infotech --> and find out where the local service point is, next drop by them with your faulty product.
  2. They will list your product and give you an RMA ticket, keep this ticket.
  3. Depending on the type of product you have filed in for an RMA, time taken to replace it will be --
  • 1 -->2 days for pen-drives and RAM kits.
  • 3 -->4 days for replacement of a SMPS.
  • 4 days --> 1 week, for SSD's.

All numbers are from the Bangalore RMA centre. Hope this helps, Cheers!!

^^ Yes, went to their office in Secundrabad yesterday and gave the SSD for RMA and came back home with bad case of Flu. Bed ridden since yesterday afternoon with fever (103~104deg), sore throat, body aches, dizziness and few other symptoms.

Got my Replacement SSD from Kaizen.

Total turnaround time = 2 working days. (this includes couriering the faulty unit from Secundrabad office to Bangalore and they sending a replacement unit to my home).

This is simply by far the best RMA service I experienced so far in the country. This is how RMA should be. Hats off to Kaizen and Corsair..
