Need help with Splinter Cell Blacklist

Hey guys i have an ASUS k55VJ sx120d. The specs are as follows :
Intel Core i5 3210M @2.5GHz
8GB 1600 DDR3 @ 1600MHz
GT 635M 2GB DDR3
750GB 5400RPM HDD

The problem is all other games i can play on high ( save saints row 4 medium with no Ambient Occlusion and Shadows). However Splinter Cell Blacklist runs extremely slow on low settings with DX9. I have seen videos of the GT630M with core i5 2410m running it smoothly with medium to high settings. Can someone please help!
 
People were saying it was unoptimized for DX11, strange that you are having issues with DX9. Have you tried DX11? You can also see if you have Anti Aliasing enabled, it causes a big hit to the framerate.
