Need help with term insurance

I just checked offerings on Policy Bazaar again. It appears that Max Life now offers 40 years term which is equal to HDFC and ICICI. Premium for same is around 20% cheaper; 15.6k v/s 12,420.
 
Planning to buy term plan by the end of august. How is the review of ICICI iProtect Smart? It is providing accidental cover of the same sum assured, so everything will be under one umbrella. Also, whats the deal with payouts such as Lumpsum, regular income and increasing income?
