Need help with the Huawei UMG 1831 .

Hello all. I'm from pune. i've just got the UMG 1831 . Installed it with a BSNL 2g card (couldnt find a 3g available.) > it installed without any issue but when i try to connect i get an "error 635 : an unknown error has occured " message. Can anyone help me getting this thing to work ??? Is there some sort of step by step guide tht i can refer to ? Pls help ppl ! thanks in advance...:
 
I am also getting the same error while using a umg 1831 on a bsnl 3g sim.

The huawei 1831 was bought from dvdstoredelhi last week.

Anyone used this modem and the bundled tmobile dilaer with bsnl 3g activated. The location of usage is BSNL 3g Pune.
