need help with tomato firmware configuring

I have flashed my Buffalo router to tomato firmware but now the problem is I am not able to access net. I have a airtel connection terminating at adsl model which is having the ip address 192.168.1.1.
The wireless router has the ip address 192.168.11.1( i changed it after flashing)
For WAN port I have selected static ip and added 192.168.1.2 as its ip and the gateway as 192.168.1.1
This is the same thing which I had done earlier in the Buffalo original firmware and it was working fine. Where am in going wrong??
 
nevermind i configured it in dhcp mode and assigned a static ip in the adsl router. Still i would like to know why it didnt work when i specified static ip the wireless router.
 
can anyone post some links on how to do load balancing using this tomato firmware?

I am having a pc where I usually put torrents for download and this causes the other computers connected via wifi to slow down....need to do a load balancing to give priority to all.
