PC Peripherals need help with upgrades

i have a msi p45 platinum mobo and ocz 2*1gb ram @800mhz.i want to upgrade my ram to 4gb. if i install another pair of corsair ram@800mhz of in the remaining slots would that work or are there any other things i should look into.
 
Might have trouble with different brands/ specs not to mention 4 diff slots being used at once. Should run with loose timings but I doubt if any occing can be done. Basically, no straight answer. It might work and it might not. Y not sell the sticks you have and get a 2x2 kit?
