Need help with XBOX 360 controller

My controller works only when the end of wire attached to the controller is shaken ...

Please suggest..

1.A place in delhi where i can get it serviced

2.Anything else i can do to make my controller work normally
 
I didnt knew xbox 360 also got wired controllers. Anyway it appears a case of loose wire, so you can get it fixed. Palika is the place to try
