i am looking for a decent condition HRT iStreamer portable DAC for iDevice... preferably the 12v version.

Application : Need to install ipod touch permanently in my car as an audio source and istreamer will help me 1. Bypass the internal DAC and provide superb Sound Quality and 2. Also charge the iDevice.
both the criterias are must !

suggestions are welcome for any alternative product that can do both the jobs.
