Need Ideas to Prevent air leakages in AC rooms

Hello All,

Now that summer is approaching it time to turn on the ACs. The major problem I have is that of AC leakages from Doors and Windows. Any ideas on how to fix the leakages. Please suggest something that is doable with material that is available in India.

Areas of concern:
Doors: Under the Doors and Sides of the Doors.
Windows: I have uPVC windows that were absolutely sound proof with double glass vacuum seal that lasted for about 6 months. Now that the windows are almost 9 years old they are leaking.

Some ideas I have seen in USA are Weatherstrips (http://www.lowes.com/projects/repair-and-maintain/weather-strip-your-doors/project).

None of the manufacturers will respond. For every inquiry a customer makes the manufacturer needs to pay to get the customer contact details. Indiamart charges Rs. 200 per customer details (called buy lead). These manufacturers do not respond to retail queries.
 
You might want to think about the co2 levels if you try to make the room air tight.
The Ac especially the split AC is just cooling the air not bringing fresh air.
