Need IEM for iphone 4s

I need a good IEM for daily use. Budget is 7K to 12K.
(I am a Bass-Head.)
Source : iphone 4s and My Dell Laptop
Pristinenote told that UE TF10 has been discontinued and now replaced by quad driver UE 900 .
UE900 is out of my budget.
Shure SE215 availble for 7.7K. Is it worth for the money?
