Need information on Reliance Broadband

My Sad Story:

I have two houses in Mumbai, one in Malad / malvani.

Here I am currently on Sify paying 2100 for 3months for 256kbps night unlimited and 150MB / day. The actual cost is Rs 1550 (this is what my bro in Goregaon pays) - this is because the local provider charges an additional Rs 150 / month and he has a virtual monopoly here.

What I plan to do

Get a Reliance Combo649plan

Monthly Rental: 649+10.3% service tax

Speed: 300Kbps unlimited , 24 X 7

Free: 150 calls / month

What I want to know

1. what is the typical installation cost of reliance ?

2. Have they implemented FUP ?

3. Do we get full speeds for torrents ?
 
is it reliance wimax .??
if yes .. no FUP in that and installation is measly 500 bucks... service is prettygood having been using it since last one year... now on mtnl ..
 
i hate reliance coz we all time need to login thru browser.

its not like airtel or bsnl/mtnl like modem logins PPPOe mode..
 
Dont go near reliance....if you inted to just download and browse, they're fine, but if you're into gaming, don't even touch it with a ten foot admantium barge pole..
 
This is a pretty good plan. I've been using it for 6 months

To answer your questions:

1. Zero installation charges when I took it

2. No FUP

3. Excellent connectivity on torrents 35kBps (the DC++ speeds though are lower than I had expected)
