Need information regarding iriver service centre

Well last night i scrwed my sis mp3 player(iriver h10) and amgetting system file missing error.......though i searched mystic iriver site...the only solution i found is this.....

or rma the stuff(which i cant as the player is ntin warranty and i bought frm akshit here whogotitfrmsingapore i guess)

i wantto know are there any service centre available in mumbai..as i found salora to b their distributor via channeltimes...but iriver india site is down.....so need some more information......i m ready to shelve ard some 500-1000buks for its repair.......so if any ideado lemme know..else i too have to try that trick given above
 
yup that information only i got salora intl.....sony ericssion mentioned.........i guess i need to go to that place ...
 
Bah .. just reflash it using the iriver software on the cd ...

Or dload the latest firmware from the iriver webbie and then use easyh10 ... IIRC, this happened with me too ...

Or wait up.

Chuck everything else. Follow these 3 steps -

2. dload firmware - http://www.iriver.com/html/admin/et...SUpdate_v253.exe&pathFlag=EG_DOWNLOAD_UP_PATH

3. reflash, rebuild database using easyh10 - http://jaist.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/easyh10/easyh10-1.5_win32gui_setup.exe
 
dude i did the post mortem last night.....also sometime ago when i formatted with windows got same error but that time it was okk.....as there was no file on the disc

i didthe stuff till 2 am last night(6hours) all flashing r flashing and all

+ that link isonly for 20gb one

this time all tricks doesnt work......compdetects installs copys song..and all showsokk but as i dc it again error appears...also im hearing the clicking sound.......i wont open it unless i meet the sc guys...lets hope the best

but hey

ididnt tried easy h10.......but this time i remove iriverplus.......

and the player was without any stuffs..full formated......then re install iriver plus frm cd.......

and this time i tried firmware upgrade instead of deviceintialization(re format via iriver plus software)......this time the firmware which i got fordownload was4.01mb which was something different....and than detached it...and than got an error on sceen db error..and damn player started showingother option lemme check ill post the details in an hour and 2 abt the working and all ......

but dude thks again i guess there was some firmware error...
 
..np mate ...

just remove that bullcrap that is iriverplus... use easyh10 only ... and always dload the UMS firmware version .. and think a gazillion times before opening up your player ..
