Need inputs to buy a wireless spy camera with recording for an institiute

Guys,

One of my colleagues is looking to install camera's for monitoring activities in his institute.

Below are the requirements:

preferably a wireless setup which records data

If needed the recording can be done on a hard drive but he prefers a stand alone system which has its own recording system.

Budget:

3k for a wireless camera setup which has to be integrated with laptop for recording

5-6k for standalone system, which has the ability to record on DVDs directly

I am sure many of u would have implemented something similar for ur shops/ stores etc.

Any help would be appreciated

the above does not look like a wireless solution dude...I think It requires ethernet connectivity for monitoring

I would be happy with a local brand also
