Budget 21-30k Need Laptop

Hello Guys,

I need to buy a new Laptop for my sis and here are the details that she has given

1. should be able to play some games.
2. good for working on Photoshop
3. should have ram above 3 GB
4. good for watching movies

Based on her request I did found a Laptop but I think it does not have that much horse power I have a budget of 25K


Samsung NP305E5Z-S01IN Laptop (APU Dual Core A4/ 4GB/ 500GB/ DOS/ 1GB Graph) about 23k


But can the processor handle the photoshop. Need your advice as I will be going in for the shopping on this Saturday.

Acer V5-431
form factor - sleek with DVD RAM drive
Design - looks very good
Weight - around 1.2 KG
Price - 24,250 (Credit Card) extra charge of 250 (This model is DOS based)

Very good not in class of and AMD Radeon gfx but the processor is 10% faster than A4 3310 on Samsung model.
