Need Laptop's AC Power Adapter!!

Today while turning on my laptop i.e. TOSHIBA SATTELITE L45-S7423, I saw a weird problem that my laptop is not charging. After examine a lot, I found that some parts of the cord was burnt or broken. See pics.

So my question for you is that

1)Is this AC adapter repairable?
2)If not suggest me some good cheap adapter brand/model.
3)This laptop require 65/75/95 Watt adapter??
4)Budget-Max 1.5K

the problem is caused by loose lap wires clogging between your furniture.The wire set can be replaced with a new cord by any electronics technician.Also 99% of Toshiba adaptors sold as new in India is fake/replicas.So its better to keep ur original till it dies !!!!!!!!!!!

Just get a good electrician to fix it, will cost ya 100 bucks. Ensure that he checks the polarity.

My friends lenovo adapter had gone kaput similarly, told him the same. He spent 90 bucks to fix wiring.
