CPU/Mobo Need Mobo+Proccy within Rs 7.5k

So my computer died unexpectedly, and I'm a little short on cash. The problem has been detected in the Motherboard and Processor, so I want to buy new ones. What's the best combination of these within Rs 7500?
Intel/AMD doesn't matter.

look at my forum in members market. i have a e8400 and p5-n-esli asus board.
i never overclocked my proccy.
and is still covers the warranty. i am having the original boxes and all the included acessories will be provided with the board.

reason for sale - upgrading to core i7

AMD is more VFM at this price point
Btw mention your current Proccy+mobo and the RAM esp. so ppl know clearly whether to suggest DDRII/DDRIII mobos.
Also mention the primary usage of the PC. if its just a basic rig then you may opt for the AthlonII X2 240(2.8Ghz, 2cores - 2.9k) and save few bucks.
