Got bumped into this tool browsing some forum while searching for hot wheels excel db.

This looks like an excellent tool to maintain ones diecast collection so would like to know the name of the tool. Google image reverse search etc. also points to this one copy only.
Wont mind paying for this piece of delight but without proper name or even url cant go further..

You sure the tool is the mentioned Corel?
Going by the title bar name its either name of the saved file or name of the software which goes by"Whee B***" where asterisk as unidentifiable clearly..

Formatting bar or toolbar can give an exact idea of this tool..
