CPU/Mobo Need new motherboard.

Ok i have an ASUS M2N MX SE on which i run an AMD Athlon64X2 4400+ @ 2.31 Ghz

Please suggest a motherboard with pci-e slot and a 450 W power supply. Budget around 5K.

Maximum extendable to 6K. not more than that. I also have a msi 4670 512 gddr3.

Motherboard must be able to overclock and preferrably a gigabyte one.
