CPU/Mobo Need proc+ board + psu +rams = 16k budget

Hi buddies my fren needs a Intel based config for 16k strict budget.Doesn't want graf card and wnts a onboard solution. So what and al he needs is a Intel procc(he wanted a quad core)+ onboard graf board + rams and + psu .

I suggested some but wanted to know your opinion guys..pls give configs guys..:)

Proccy - Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8200 -8k

M/B - Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L -2.4k

PSU - Gigabyte Superb 460W -2.2k

Total-12.6k

Leaving 3.4k for the Ram of your Choice.

Tell ur friend for onboard solution AMD is the way to go...

Athlon II X4 620 @ 5.5k

Biostar TA785GE @ 4.5k

4GB DDR2 800MHz OCZ TITANIUM C4 @ 3.5k

Gigabyte 460W Superb @ 2.5k

Total = 16k

And the motherboard is way better than the G31 and so is the onboard graphics(as good as a 6800!!!!!)

Athlon II x4 620...~5.5k

Biostar TA785G 128...~3.8k //got a very descent IGP

Seasonic S12II 380W..~3k

Ocz Titanium 2*2gb 800Mhz...~3.6k

+1 to the suggested config , most optimum confg u can get in 16K

AthlonII X4 620 - 5300/-

Gigabyte 785GMT-UD2H 5850/-

2GB Corsair DDRIII 1333MHz - 3000/-

Gigabyte Superb 460w - 2300/- or Zebronics Pro 350w - 1500/-

Total - ~15.5-16.5k.

You get a AM3 board, DDRIII memory 785G(HD4200 Graphics is Direct10.1 and can play HD videos with eaze) with 128MB DDRIII sideport(for light games).

This board supports RAM upto 1800MHz(O.C.)!!!!

Hello Guys ... I am also looking for similar kind of setup but for NAS setup

So I need VFM AM3 socket board with DDR3 RAM support ... at least 500W PSU (passive PFC preferred so that can go for cheap UPS) ... AMD CPU (first time buying it :D)

I will be using PCI-Ex RAID Card so don't need mobo with large number of SATA ports or like that but it would be better if it has dual gigabit ethernet onboard

If possible then suggest cabinet too for around 8 SATA HDDs :)
