CPU and Mobo selection is fine. But if budget permit prefer Asus Z87 chipset.
Memory - go with Corsair Vengeance or G.skill Ripjaws

Not sure your current PSU will work, but wait for more comments.
 
Purchased Core i5 4570, G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB 1600 and Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard.
Got B85 due to budget constraint, I decided Asrock Z87M Extreme 4 @8406 after cashback but it went out of stock, still can cancel gigabyte and order Z87 if it is worth the difference ? please provide your valuable input guys ?

Go for either Asus B85M-G or Asus H87M-E which are low power consuming boards and come for 6.5k & 7.5k respectively.
