Need Quick Help to file a MediClaim with Cigna before 3rd January 2020.

One of my relatives was hospitalized last month got recovered and doing well now.
They opted for Cashless mediclaim and it was covered properly (except non-mediclaim items like gloves etc. etc.)
Policy from Cigna

There policy covers 1 month coverage both before and after hospitalization.
They have all the required prescriptions/bills from doctors..
Now how do I proceed ahead, unsure of official site for cigna health insurance.. (policy paper might help)

Can someone guide what should i do to proceed further ?

call the agent who sold the policy. they are well versed in this and wont miss out any forms or receipts.
 
All insurance companies use TPAs (Third party administrator) for claims. Find out who the TPA is and call up their number. Quote the policy number and you should be on your way.

TPA services were used at hospital.
I am looking for pre and pro hospitalization costs which are covered
Policy was bought online hence no help available.

Its Cigna TTK ProHealth Insurance
