Does anyone know of a reliable DVD repair/service centre in Mumbai (central suburbs).
My Philips home theatre has conked off and I think it's because of a weak DVD lens (CDs and VCDs are working fine though) and want to get that replaced. Somehow most of the repair chaps that I've met do not give any warranty on their replacement parts. I am assuming that these are gray market parts (may be Chinese manufactured). So there is no guarantee that it would run for the next few days.
How do you go about getting your A/V appliances repaired?
