Need resources for learning rust!

I am eager to learn rust, i am not sure how to and where to start and what is the best trajectory to learning it , i have learned py before. i am looking for resources on where should i start?
Should i watch videos and practice or should i learn by making projects to learn.
 
After having programmed in Python for almost 15 years now, even I am keen to try out Rust. Driven by the fact that an algo-trading program I am currently building is a bit slow in Python.

Following this thread for suggestions from folks who have recently picked up Rust.
 
Can recommend Zero to Production as a 2nd book if you're looking to do any web-based stuff. Rust for Rustaceans is somewhere advance level.

even I am on the same bandwagon, I might be able to leverage on the open source projects I intend to work on. Would love to get a head start on resources anyone has picked up.
