Need Software: Requirements Inside

Okay, so I have been planning on this business venture for quite sometime. I want to experiment, see where I can go. Working in the service sector isn't exactly my "BIG DREAM". I want to own an office building and call it mine someday(let's hope!).
I don't want to use Notepads to chalk out my thoughts and ideas. Is there any software that can help me with this?

Try out FreeMind (totally free) or PersonalBrain (free edition) - I had seen both.

There are others, I didn't try, like AceProject.

I too do brain storming once in a while . I use a old dairy which i have been using since years to jot down my ideas , It gives a natural feel to it .

The reason why notes/diary isn't viable is because I intend to invite people in for interview (college students) who would like to work for this project, and I need to showcase my ideas to the college authorities if I could get their backing of some sort into the project
