CPU/Mobo Need some advice on replacing Thermal paste.

Hello,
I built my pc in June 2017 and since then I did not change its thermal compound.
I have leftover (more than 50%) Arctic silver 5 which I used while building pc.
so should I use old paste or buy new/fresh thermal paste any suggestions(in the budget) are welcomed.
processor - Core i5 7600 with Stock Cooler.

The usual lifespan is of 3 to 5 years. But it can last a year or two more if precisely stored.
Will recommend putting some on a metallic surface and spreading to check its consistency and smoothness. If it has separated, comes out clumpy or watery, then throw it away.
I think you are still good as its exact 4yr now from your purchase so you can safely use it.
