Need some help in troubleshooting for motherboard [SOLVED]
My configuration
intel dual core E5200
motherboard gigabyte G31 ES2C
KINGSTON 4gb ddr2 ram
sapphire hd 4670 512mb gddr3
seagate 500gb plus seagate 2TB hard disk
creative sound blaster vx sound card.
I tried booting today but my motherboard wont boot
So did the regular troubleshooting like cleaning the ram slots ,gpu etc.
And also cleared cmos.
Now when i try to boot the motherboard goes in award bootlock bios
and says that it is scanning bIos image in the hard drive.
Now should i let this continue or is there something i could do to boot it back to normal?

EDIT : using rubber on RAM did the trick
everything is fine now
