OC & Modding Need some help to improve my oc

Got my 3200+ venice a few months back but finally got the chance to oc.
I m on stock cooling. HTT is locked at 4x.
I can't do more than 2.45 Ghz on stock voltage (1.40V) even after using RAM dividers.
Is this the limit of my cpu at stock voltage or is there some other factor stopping me from pusing higher?

I guess it is the limit at stock Vcore :)

You will need to push more volts through it to go higher...

And that is some nice RAM you have there.....

Is your system 100% stable ??

To check, run memtest86 on a bootable disc...let at least 2 passes complete.

And to check for CPU stability, run Prime 95 for at least 8 hrs or so.

Thanks for the reply Nikhil...
How much vcore is it safe to increase? And should i also increase the RAM voltage?
I have got Corsair value ram installed.

I haven't checked for stability yet... will do soon :)

find the limit of CPU first(by using RAM dividers )..... then find limit of RAM by reducing CPU multi to 4 or 5.....

And for Corsair Value RAM, dont push in more than 2.8 V.

And abt the Vcore, for a long term, 1.55 should be the max.

thats some nice oc on the ram...its a credit getting a value ram upto 245 mhz..

can you tell me hoe much volts u'r giving it it?..also, if u have everest, can you post your ram read, write and latency values?

i struggle to get mine over 220 mhz..but of course i've never tried changing the Trc value..
