I have to choose among a few items, taking into considering cash and in general quality factors. Im not maximising or minimising any of them in priority in anyway (cash vs quality i mean). However I wud like you guys to help me out with what should be best among these. I am trying to find the most optimized configuration from this. Any help is appreciated and sinceely thanked for right from the beginning

1. 1 GB/2 GB RAM (cost vs need)
2. 160/200 GB hard drive.
3. 1.8 to 2.4 GHZ processor intel(core to duo) OR AMD TURION.
4. Built in integrated web cam(2MP) or more.
5. Operating system included.(XP/vista).I am not sure which 1 to go for,u guys can help me out in a betterway. Vista has some disadvantages thats wat a few guys have told me,I need ur opinion.
6. Graphic card,I don know which is the best currently,do help me out in this.
7. Head phones,speakers etc.
