Mr. Banik. I understand your point. However the way you were stuck in situation. I am too stuck in an situation in branch which is being setup by me i.e. Infrastructure and IT and your Mobo is in my HO where it was packed and kept ready. I had instructed my office to send it to your specified address delay has happened from them however Today it is being sent via professional courier. Details of the same will be PM'd to you. Here I am connected via VPN and have only limited access. Lot of times my HO Laptop is switched on and I take Teamviewer of my Laptop when required information is retrieved than I get back to my work.

Once I finish my work here than I will respond to all your question in an perfect fashion here on this thread itself.

BTW I had responded to the previous thread which was deleted by our Hon. Admin Renegade. Anyways the snaps are already in place and posted in this thread itself.

You may refer to the same and than declare any statement of your preference.

You are blaming me as hypocrite. But first stand in my shoe. Imagine you plan a upgrade which is not required at the moment than too you think, plan and than decide to upgrade and hope an schedule.

Later you manage the finance which is RsXYZ. i7 does not come in cheap.

Please understand than when you plan and you get everything i.e. the costly i7 CPU, 5850, 6GB OCZ Platinum Kit, Raptor HDD's for Raid, etc.. and you are waiting for 3weeks without only 1 thing than how will be your frustration.

You need to think before you blame buddy.

Things ain't to so simple as they seem to be.

BTW Banik Professional was not managing the package properly hence sent the package via DTDC. Docket number sent on your Gtalk.

OK If you speak of response than,

I used to call and message him every 2 Days to learn the status. In this 1-2 Week he communicated to me only 2-3 times to which I could not respond.

Infact if you compare attempts of communication than you will find plenty from my end than why can't I get frustrated and pissed off. After all I'am an Human too and I don't a live a Royal Millionaire Life. I was short of money hence I decided for that mobo as I didn't wish to land up in debt as I am on my own support and I need to plan my living myself.

I would suggest Udit to understand the issue here properly and than jump to conclusion and than only blame anyone.

Such expectation is something that people keep with dealers (keeping a reality check in mind) and using great set of words like "a Royal Millionaire Life" is a cheap shot IMO. Looks like if people are not satisfied with the product being sent despite being the same product and same/clear pics, buyers will try to create a thread and try to create a hate-seller cult or something like that. If you checked out the pics properly with basic patience and asked for better pics if needed before buying and then made a decision (I am sure this is common sense), we wouldn't be here.

Wouldn't also be here, if the seller had posted clear pics to begin with and made it perfectly clear the severity of the abuse the board was subjected to. After looking at the pics posted by the buyer, I'd say the [FS] thread deserved a special mention of the condition, wouldn't you agree?
I guess blaming the buyer for not being cautious is one way to go about this, but being a senior member and all, the seller shouldn't have given a room for future misunderstanding(I am sure this is common courtesy) and thereby stake his reputation. ;)

Whats following past the incident now however, is a comedy of errors.
 
Its a sense that anyone will expect his bought product in max 1 week. Also you are spreading a wrong statement here, I have no issues with Banik, i.e. no hate & no enemity, I had made that clear very well. I was answering Aces Statement as well as Udit's Question. BTW its nothing cheap but its maturity which you seem to lack. Not checking the pics was my mistake which I admit as I thought that 3months Mobo might not be back besides I had sufficient assurance from banik to rely and imagine. Most of all he is very respected member and I do respect him. There are no issues between him and me but you are trying to spread like media that I hate banik. Why the hell would I? I had created the first only with intention to grab banik's attention as he was not much available on Gtalk and his PM Inbox was full, also had emailed him on his Gmail ID couple of times. He was very busy hence could not answer my calls, messages. Also as per Banik's declaration the mobo was damaged in transit because the packaging was not done properly, no cushion, no thermocol, no soft material also the courier service selected was BlazeFlash wherein the package was near to my location's office for 3Days. I have dealt lot of times and always prefer BLuedart or more better responsible courier.

Everyone is talking about responsibility and sensibility

When u urself don't and can't take delays and u start a post for the same then u should make sure u always stick to ur commitments.... No doing this makes u a hypocrite:)
 
^ Have you checked motherboard for the working condition before sending back? Bent pins on USB headers are normal because of the courier mishandling and some how poor packing too but can be fixed straightening back easily. In fact I have 2-3 motherboard, with slight side way bent. Anyhow badluck the deal did not went through, ended with the refund.

when Banik delayed you created a thread of complains & now when you delay you expect no action against you?

Banik refunded your Money without even receiving the board back & you delay sending it back saying you are busy.

If you can be busy for 3 weeks he can be busy too.

You created a thread upon a 3 weeks delay then you yourself delayed it 3 weeks. Now that is hypocrisy.

this thread is also against the rules as this was a gmail deal.
