Need Sony Xperia X1 or imate Ultimate 9502

Hi!

Is there anyone who can help me in getting the Sony Xperia X1 or the Imate 9502? I am in hyderabad.

I need the phone as SOON as possible. Soon being the operative word here. I called the Sony people here in Hyderabad and they seem to have absolutely no clue about it.

Some other bloke told me that it will take atleast a month.

I do not know any exclusive dealers for Imate or HTC in hyderabad where I can order their phones.

I presently have HTC Tytn and Imate JasJar, So I need better phones than these.
 
Any other phones that are better than the ones that I have, and are available readily?
 
Tytn II is better than the cruise in terms of processing power and sound audibility. Although i would wait for the Xperia , since upgrading from TyTn to Tytn II doesnt make a whole lot of sense
 
actually TyTn II and Cruise are huge upgrades over TyTn.

Both TyTN II and Cruise share same hardware exception of FM functionality.

Processor, Ram is ditto same.

And mind you even though screen is 65k only, in terms of sharpness, contrast and brightness its way better than original TyTN.

The only thing that may worry some people about TyTN II is its weight. Its a brick. 190 grams. But you get QWERTY keyboard.

Cruise is much lighter.

Both have exactly same camera unit which is for a change quiet good. ( Usually HTC cameras suck badly ). But this 3.1MP autofocus unit is quiet good.

Cruise has just came in stock here in India. Some places are offering demo, have a look yourself in stores. It feels and looks great.
 
Then I guess TytnII it is.. If i am not wrong, TyTn II has the tilt screen right? Now, All i need is an approximate Price and a place where I can get it.

I want a Qwerty keyboard as i use the phones to send and receive mails.

So, any info on where i can get these pieces guys??
 
Well, although TyTn II and Cruise have the same msm 7200 processor, Cruise experiences lag issues while playing a VGA video where as Tytn II plays it smoothly. This is due a software/firmware issue.

Also Tytn II does better than the Cruise in the sound dept (w.r.t. decibels)

I have never seen a TyTn II selling in India.Sells around $700 in the US
 
The video driver fix is there for Cruise.

Also the laggy handling is there for just few seconds after phone starts. And its slower response if because of the touch interface. There are clean roms for cruise as well.

Loudspeaker difference is definitely there. TyTN II is much louder.
 
U can always try different ROM for WM based phones, There are lot of people cooking there own rom's and also mixing ROM of similar phones.................
Who know's if there's a ROM cooked by someone which use TyTN II audio codec/drivers to use with the Cruise to get similar level of sound output....................
 
Ahem... coming back to the topic... Where can I get the phones you mentioned? Any phone numbers?
 
I want to gift it. I want to gift better than O2 Xda Exec (or Imate JASJAR). I am looking for Sony Xperia X1 or imate Ultimate 9502.
