Budget 21-30k Need Sugestion regarding purchase of a new Budget laptop

Hello Friends,
I need your help regarding Laptop Purchase for myself. well my budget is around 20k.
I never do any Game or Multimedia work . I am quite happy with Video Playing and intessive Web-Browsing.
I used to open 20-30 webpages simultaneously. so, I need a laptop which can easily handle this. well, presently I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad Core 2 Duo Processor laptop and I am quite happy with its performance. So, any dual core laptop like B940, B950, B960 or B970 will be much better option for me,

Now I came to know about the APU processor laptops that gives good batery life along with Performance but I am not sure about the Performance of AMD Processors.
Finally, I need a laptop that has good battery life at least 4-5 hrs while browsing or watching movies.

I have short listed some of them:

1) Toshiba Satellite C850-P5010 (Intel Pentium Dual Core-B950 - 2GB - 320GB - DOS - 15.6 Inch)..

4) Samsung NP300E4X-A02IN Laptop ((2nd Gen PDC(B970)/ 2GB/ 320 GB/ DOS)

It has B970 Processor which is best among 2nd generation dual core Processors. But the down point is 360GB HDD.

I have these in my Mind... If You can sugest any good option within my budget it will be great... And Finally Please suggest me the Best Option...

I purchased Asus X54C-SX365D Laptop (2nd Gen PDC/ 2GB/ 500GB/ DOS): Flipkart.com: Compare, Review Asus Notebook for 21500/- from Asus retailer(Nehru place). I added another 4GB stick for 1250. Got Asus bag and a Cheap useless mouse free.
Performance is pretty good. I also open a lot of tabs and various apps but It doesn't lag(RAM makes a lot of difference)

Proc 6.1
RAM 7.6
Aero 5.1
Graphics 5.8
HDD 5.8
Only problem is that speakers are poor(Don't know if offerings from other companies will have better speakers). You might be able to find some other laptop with LED backlit display.

What about Samsung Laptops,, It always claims for 5+hr Battery Life.. And what about the After Sale Service of Asus or Samsung or Toshiba ?
Any Idea about : Samsung NP300E4X-A02IN Laptop ((2nd Gen PDC(B970)/ 2GB/ 320 GB/ DOS). This is a latest model I think bcz it has B970 Processor and has 1.3MP WebCam. Price is also cheaper wrt other models.. Please Suggest me.. And Yes, Please inform me about the Quality and Service of Acer Models also,, I heard Acer is not providing Good Quality, is it True? I was thinking about : Acer Gateway NE56R Laptop (2nd Gen PDC/ 2GB/ 500GB/ Linux/ 128MB Graph)

Don't go for Specs mentioned on flipkart. I find a lot of mistakes in specs of every laptop. All B series B950 40 60 70 and all have Intel HD 2000 graphics which share RAM. There is no dedicated graphic card in Acer.
I don't have any idea about service. Samsung always seems to be skeptic to me. I don't think you will face any problem with these low end laptops.
B970 and B960 won't have any substantial difference in performance. If I was in your place, I would have rather gone for the laptop with 500GB HDD. My Asus easily gives 4:30+ backup.
Do remember you get what you pay for. All these laptops will look cheap. There will be cost cutting everywhere.
