Change the processor to something like the i7 930 (14.5k) and get 2 x GTX460's instead (preferably the palit sonic platinum edition. Remember, there cannot be used in Tri SLI).
You could go with a GTX480 right now and SLI later but i have no idea how got you rig will get.
 
Do you really need a 980x , what will you do with that?

BTW, HX 850 can easily handle your rig with 930 or so, not sure with 980x.

IMO HAF922/CM 690 II are good options but stay away from Gaurdian 921. It doesn't have good airflow & the build quality is not good. If you want NZXT go for Tempest Evo.

As you are building ultra high end rig , i will say get better keyboard & webcam.

For keyboard - logitech G15 & G110 are better, if you like more bling bling , settle yourself with logitech G19.

For webcam - consider Logitech C600/C500 or MS VX5000/2000
 
Go for the coolermaster HAF-X it should suit ur requirements... cheaper option HAF 922...

Rethink the 980x its way overkill for everything except tri-quad sli setups...

Go for SLI 480 and an i7 930 instead for much much better gaming performance...

U need a better cooler try the noctua NH-D14... hyper 212+ is kinda low end for ur setup...

Get an IPS panel Dell Ultrasharp U2311H instead cuz of better image quality

That's a real Monster. Anyways you should go for i7 930 it will be more than enough. You can get 1600MHz RAM (even 1333MHz is enough but if you are planning to overclock you should get 1600Mhz). As said above go for SLI 460. WD Raptor will be good in your budget or try with SSD.
 
I think he already has those components listed under 'Current Set-Up' so it doesn't make sense to ponder much over them. :p

As for the enclosure and power supply, get a Corsair HX850 (~9.5k and thereabouts) and a decent midtower from NZXT/CM. A combined budget of 20k would have let you squeezed an entry level full tower from CM.

Probably not your intension but still worth a mention i guess.... i would use a SSD for the OS ... ssd with the max space i can get with my budget preferably a current gen one so it doesn't suffer some of the problems from the earlier ones ... HX 1000 should set you back by 14k ... plus cm 690II advanced is pretty decent but you should be looking at a full tower. I would rather go for a hx 850 which should be 4k+ cheaper and go for a better cabinet preferably a full tower. Even maxed out your system will never get close to using 70% of the hx 1000's potential. Unless you want to go for tri sli or tri fire later on.
 
Hmmm SSD can be expensive to accommodate and there is the issue of progressive data redundancy on these first generation of SSD Hard disks, so wait out till the next wave of SSD drives are launched they will also be worth the premium and utilize the full potential of SATA 3 ( 6 GB/s). :)

As for the Full Tower go for HAF X or the Corsair 800D cabinets, get a Corsair HX 850 W PSU or Cooler Master Real Power or Silent Power Pro 850 W supply

Rest rig no suggestions as you already seem sure so go ahead get the rig and enjoy :)
