Graphic Cards Need suggestion for a Graphic Card

Hello Guys,

I am not much of a tech person but I need to buy a Graphic card and I need your suggestions:

1. What is your budget: Rs.4000
2. Current rig Specs
CPU: Pentium D 2.8ghz
Motherboard: Intel 945
RAM: 1.5gb ddr2
Monitor: LG flatron 17"
3. Which PSU/SMPS will you be using?
4. Primary use: Gaming like PES 2011, F1 2010
5. What resolution do you game on: Normal 1280*1024
6. Interested in Crossfire/SLI: No idea what this is
7. Open to both Nvidia/ATI: Yes

Please suggest a Graphic card for me.

Quite honestly, spending anything beyond 2k would be pointless for the purpose, no offense meant.
See if you can get hold of the GeForce GT120 1GB card at Rs. 1700.
Or else snap up a 2nd hand card - the Radeon 2600XT @ Rs. 1200 which is being sold here on TE itself at this URL - http://www.techenclave.com/members-market/ati-radeon-2600-256-mb-gddr3-175193.html

I used to own a Pentium D earlier. Anything faster than a HD4670 is over kill ....

^^+1 hd4670 is best in ur budget even hd5670 is much better if u increase ur budget ...

Get yourself a Sapphire HD4670 512MB DDRIII GPU for ~3.8-4k , or buy second hand for ~2.5-3k
