Need suggestion for buying headphones for price arround 4k

Hi all..
Pls suggest some headphones(closed back) in the price range 3.5-4.5k,mainly for music/movies and some gaming..
 
It would be better for the TE members to recommend something good if you can answer the following questions:

1. What kinda sound signature do you want?
2. Are you open to buy from online international websites?

I would like to recommend you 2 HP's priority-wise:
1. Shure SRH 440
2. Sony MDR-V6

Thanks for the suggestions..but these are costing more than my budget on international sites..like ebay global and others..
Is there any other alternates for these HP's for buying on Indian sites..?
