Note: If can i able repair to my current monitor i am happy to keep it. Attached screen print with burn issue.

Any suggestion on new monitor and will i able to repair my current monitor?

Oh. If I'm not wrong then it looks like the problem is with the backlight and it's not a burn-in.
Can it be repaired? I spoke to one local shop guy, he said need to change new panel and it will cost more.
I find non-gaming 1440p monitors to be expensive. Just get a 4K one, with card offers will be 25k though:

24" 4K:

Thank you for the suggestions will look into it. How about https://www.amazon.in/Lenovo-Monitor-FreeSync-Eyesafe®-Compliant/dp/B09SQ7P5N4?ref_=ast_sto_dp

If the issue is with backlight alone then yeah, it can be replaced with a generic. If it's a burn-in issue then whole panel will have to be replaced. Either way, it's not worth it. I would get a used display from trade section as I always do.

Should be ok, but expensive as many times 2K 144Hz monitors get as low as 20k or lower during sales.

LG 27950GL is now below 40K. just spend a bit more and get this daam 4k monitor with 1ms 144hz panel.
20k to 25k stretch is understandable, not doubling the budget.

Never bother with repairs,in my opinion they are always expensive, had a benq 27 inch monitor few years back and the repair guy wanted 8k to get the display working,so went ahead and bought a new one instead.
As for the Lenovo monitor you mentioned,it is a tad bit expensive for a 24 inch, this price or thereabouts should get you a 27 or bigger display.
Are you certain you want a 2k 24 inch monitor, coz at 24 inch, not sure you can notice much of a difference.

AOC 24G2 best under 20K for all uses 1080p
I would sau for 1440p at least spend about 22-25K LG Ultra Gear
See Hardware unboxed recent video
It has good colors too

Thanks every one for your inputs.
my screen burn issues has resolved automatically. My nephew played games in night mode for quite some time (may be 2 to 3 hrs.) , when i turn on PC next day and changed from Night mode to normal mode, voila !! issue resolved. I tested for couple of days and no issues so far. I am not sure it will work 100%, just give a try.

In IT depot it was less around 15K, when I about to buy, in between my monitor issue resolved.
