CPU/Mobo Need suggestion

I was planning on buying a new Comp and was planning on going for a new Phenom BE 955

But I need recomendation for a Mobo

I was stuck b/w the 790fx and gx

All I know is :

The GX just has onboards video, but is really the same chip as the 790X, runs CF in 8X-8X. The 790FX runs CF in 16X-16X.

Is this all the difference. ?

I was planning on MSI 790FX-GD70

I use the comp for gaming and other than that jut watching blu-ray movies and 3DS Max 2009

Also just to let you know, I doubt I will adopt a crossfire or SLI anytime soon. ( At least not for the next 3 years )

I was seriously planning on buying an i7 setup but unfortunately the Mobo prices are a turn off

On the other hand wanted to know how are MSI X58 pro mobos
 
MSI X58 PRO has IOH overheating problems, just google 'ioh temperature' and you will get many links to msi X58 mobos. Many have removed heatsink, applied AS5 to fix it. Other than that it's a nice mobo for it's price. Gigabyte UD3R is a good mobo, but has only 4 memory slots, and 2 way sli if I remember correctly.Gigabyte UD5 is a bit costlier at 17.5K but probably the best mobo, unless you could stretch your budget and go for evga.
