If you've increased your budget then get this-
Intel i5 2400-10.5k
Gigabyte B75M-D3H-4.5k
Gskill Ripjaws 2X2GB 1600mhz-1.7k
Segate 500GB 7200RPM-4k
Sapphire HD7770-9k OR MSI GTX560 1GB-9.5k
Cooler Master GX450W-3.5k OR Corsair CX430V2-2.4k
Nzxt Gamma-2.4k
DELL ST2220L-8.5k
Logitech MK200 Combo-0.7k
Samsung OR HP ODD-1k
First of all avoid Corsair VS450 PSU it's a cheap psu considering other psu's within that budget.Go for this rig i've mentioned,The Gigabyte B75 mobo has more features than H61 mobo also go for the Dell Monitor as it's good.Everything else is fine.

Sapphire HD7770-9k OR MSI GTX560 1GB-9.5k

Where did you get these prices?

Also seems the DeLL monitor is unavailable here (for OP), google-d the SAMSUNG monitor looks reasonable (has the same feature set).

Completely agreed on the VS450W.

This is going 5k over 43k,Consider OP just mentioned he has increased budget by 2.5k so 49k is little too much,I think it's better to settle for i5 2400,Since he got the Nzxt Gamma quote it's better to go with it.Yes the samsung monitor is also good.
