PC Peripherals Need suggestions for Printer (2-3 k)

Hey guys
I'm in the lookout for a Printer (mostly for B&W and sometimes colour) and with a low running cost (which includes price of cartridge).
Budget : 2-3k
Brands : Hp,Canon and maybe Epson.
