Need suggestions for Tablet under 15K - 2G/3G Required

My uncle needs to buy a tablet for his job requirement which is mostly field work. He has budget of max 12K-15K and 2G/3G is absolutely required (no only Wifi) If something that accepts SIM is available then it is what we want for him.

Are there any such available in the budget mentioned ??

Are there any other options in this range.

There is absolutely no need of high end processor or graphics. The tablet will strictly be used for work purposes.

On a side note, what would be termed more portable ?

A cheap 10" netbook or a 7" tablet ??

I know that netbooks will require us to additionally buy a USB Modem and that would attract additional costs which is something we are not in for.

Very few options because you need a tablet which can take a SIM card. There's the Reliance Tab, but it is carrier locked and will only work on the Reliance network. The Spice Tab is available at Saholic.com for 13k

Another option is the Zync Z999 which is for 12k and has similar specifications as that of the Spice Mi 720

About the netbook thing, a netbook definitely has its advantages (mainly the OS and productivity apps) over a stand alone tablet, but it is also slightly bulkier and not as portable as a 7-inch tab.
