CPU/Mobo need suggestions on haswell mobo

im planning to buy intel i3 4140 with Gigabyte H81M-S1 mobo known to be cheapest haswell mobo! so what u people say! any suggestions!! pros & cons of this combo!?

I'd pick the asrock h81m HDS for HDMI and front USB 3.0 ports. Its for rs.4160 on the it depot.

IMO it's not worth it. There is minilam performance difference between a 3rd gen i3 and 4th i3. Also, the board will cost ~6k. An APU will be much better at this price or get i3 3220 + gigabyte B75M DH3

Although Intel initially said that post-Haswell generation chip will also use the same socket. But recently rumors have started that the next chip will use a new socket. Also, performance difference between adjacent generation chips is not enough to justify the upgrade. i3 4140 at 8.4k is too expensive. You can go with A10 5800k and ASUS F2A55-M-LK-PLUS. this combo will cost ~14k. the cheapest haswell board will cost `5k. An a10 combo costs the same and provides much better perforance than an i3.
