PC Peripherals Need Thermal Compound - How good is Intel Dow Corning TIM?

I wanted a good thermal compound for my processor athlonx2 3.0ghz.
I was unable to get any good quality ones in the market.
Finally able to get a Intel Dow Corning TC-1996 Compound.
How good is it when compared to Cooler Master HTK-002 Thermal Grease and Tuniq TX-2 Thermal Grease

Its OK, but IMO, MX 2 might be better.
