Guys m looking to buy this item but on Indian site.

Self Adhesive Wall Hooks

Looking for size not more than 20cm (smaller the better) but should be adhesive/sticker type.

This below one is 110% perfect fit for my needs but unfortunately it lack sticky/adhesive thing:

My thought was can I use double-side tape to fix this permanently??

Why not use good adhesive if its a permanent thing ? Double sided tape wears off in my experience.

Cannot coz its for landlords cupboard so cannot put permanent stick or feviquick.

Try and use 3m tape. pretty darn strong. something like these.
