Need to buy 2 value for money phones

need to buy two value for money phones for rough use... here are the requirements... one would be used by me and one by my sister...

1. Basic phone
500 phonebook
fm
should be slim and light
upto 2k

2. Little advance
1000 phonebook
fm + music player
3g + wlan
nimbuzz and fring supported
will use for chatting and surfing using opera mini
touch screen phones are welcome
upto 5/6k

please suggest. looking mostly for nokia phones due to their build quality.

and as per second requirement i don't think there are any phones below 6k with 3g and wifi

so i suggest you to revise the budget or the requirements
