I need to purchase 20 US$ Bitcoins for a professional coding service from a developer outside India.
I have a decade ago PayPal account, but same is not working.

Developer is ready to accept payment using BTC or Usdt trc20
or
Request to guide on purchasing any of these two.

Oh okay. It's a large amount of money so it's better if you make an account with some crypto trading company and then buy and send him the crypto. Since he knows you, I'm sure he can wait for a few days till you get your crypto account started.

Bitcoin transfer fees to wallet would be ~$10 itself :D charged by the exchange + 1% modi crypto tax on source even before that :D and you have to do KYC to transfer off exchange.
