Need to buy a laptop max budget of 38-39k

i need to buy a laptop max budget of 38-39k.Selected the following:
1. MSI CX 620 (Rs.35000)
2.SONY E series (RS.39000)
3.Acer 5740g (RS.38000)
Prob:-is MSI gud enough since it is the cheapest.the only differnce between them is that MSI has 1gig 5470 and 500gig HD while the other two 512mb5470 and 320gig HD.i really wanted to buy the sony one but when i checked their WEI sony has got the lowest-4.8. while MSI ha 5.1
wat should i do??is there any place in delhi where i can get the sony laptop a bit cheap. i have heard that it comes for 36.7k.from where can i buy it for this price in delhi.or is there any other laptop from any other brand better than these.

i checked the notebookcheck.net site where it says that 5470 wil not be able to play many games like crysis and dirt 2.so i thought that if i can overclock the gfx and the procy then it may work!!!
plz help how should i overclock the gfx and the procy.i am really a noob in this overclocking stuff!!also wil i need a cooling pad if i overclock??

Go with the MSI. It has a 2year warranty IINM and just sweetens the deal.
Dell 15R ~ 36.9 has similar specs with 4GB RAM, 512MB HD5470 and 320GB HDD is another option.

If u want a better gaming laptop get the 5740G with the HD5650 mGPU.

i checked the msi laptop in croma.they say that it has only 1 yr warranty.are you sure that it has 2yr .

acer guys ways over my budget.if i had that much money then i would have bought sony with the same gfx!!!

are you sure that there is a Rs2000 discount on all sony vaio laptops coz today only i went to nehru place,coudnt find it cheaper than 37400 with carry bag only.i enquired in 1-2 sony showrooms also but they didnt had any discounts
 
the normal sony centre showrooms wont give much discount, did you visit or call the vaio flagship store?? and also dont include bag as discount or freebie as you get free targus laptop bag with all vaio laptops.
