Need to buy a powerful router, please suggest one.

My usage would be media streaming etc too. Right now using n13u, looking forward to a better one which sends signals 1 floor above also whereas n13u is not able to.

Budget : 3.5K is fine ?

Some i looked were buffalo high power etc
