Need to create rubber stamp in photoshop cs5 or elements - plz help

Hello techies, we want a rubber stamp created in photoshop CS5 or elements (which one is easier ??) to include in our invoice. It should be like a profile where i can modify the content easily as we have 3 shops... The rubber stamp should look real, circle shape and Colour can be red or blue (whichever looks natural)

PLease provide step by step instructions in laymen terms as i am a noob in adobe softwares.
