Need to get some stuff from AMAZON

I need to get some stuff from AMAZON....i know KMD is the best option for that....but off late he seems not
to be reverting back to my querries... i need some stuff from AMAZON as soon as possible....can somebody suggest
an option or an alternative to KMD....???
