PSU: Corsair TX650V2
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: Sapphire 6950 Toxic
RAM: G-Skill RipJaws/Corsair Vengeance 2x2GB
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 (B3 revision)/ Intel DP67BG3
HDD: Seagate 1TB 3.5"
Cabinet: NZXT Source 210
UPS: APS BR1100VA-IN

What are the lowest available prices for these parts? (online trading options are cool too)

You sure that the price is not for the standard version?

Get nzxt gamma=2.1k instead of nzxt source 210

So, no significant difference between the two?

NZXT Gamma has side ways HDD bays,it has Better airflow than 210,gamma doesn't have front USB3 port but you will find usb3 feature in high end mobos,unless usb3 is useless and gamma has better led and Dust Filters than 210.

sapphire toxic 6950 2gb-15.5k is the right price.if you don't get that get msi twin frozr iii 2gb 6950-15.5k
