Shifted pc to new spot in home and now the monitor is slightly (15cms) below eye level. So, Its causing neck strain while using pc. Any suggestion on stands to increase height?

you want to buy stands or make your own?

I've seen Amazon selling their own stand for monitor.

There are stands - you need to ensure your device is VESA compliant.
my monitor is quite old and not vesa complaint

Don't know the model. Its a lenovo branded PC. Even in display options, It shoes up as generic monitor. But monitor stands should support weights upto 10kgs atleast?

No, you need to get a stand which is compatible. For example, I have the S2240L which does not have the VESA supports on the back, but there are aftermarket stands available which can replace the default one.

try the amazon basics stand. The 699 priced one rises the monitor by just short of 10 cm.The additional space below the monitor is useful for storage.
And yes, these stands should support 10kgs.There are specs for the stands.Look at the pics of customer reviews and the dimensional specs to have an idea of height and see if they meet your needs
